Firangibhai.Com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price which may be higher or lower than published. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card or cheque or otherwise. In the event the payment has been processed by Firangibhai.Com the refund amount shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email or sent by cheque.

 

In a credit/debit card transaction, you must use a credit /debit card that is issued in the name of the User. Firangibhai.Com will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. You further authorize firangibhai.com to appoint  agents to act on your behalf  with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the exporting country and India, to clear your merchandise, process and remit export/import duties and taxes for such item in your name and on your behalf.

Customs regulations and duty and tax rates applicable to certain items may change between the date the Import Duties and Taxes was estimated and the applicable taxes and duties are paid on the date of entry. Also, classification of goods as made on the Website may differ from the classification made by the assessing authority in India resulting in a difference between the Import Duties and Taxes collected and actual import fees and taxes paid. If there is a difference, then you agree to fulfill the requirement by the website. You agree not to dispute and accept as final and pay the Import Duties and Taxes as demanded by the website.

Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the service, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Firangibhai.Com site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

 

Risk of Loss

 

All items purchased from Firangibhai.Com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon the delivery to the carrier by the vendor/merchant/affiliate/manufacturer.
